Sun Valley, California.

This little condo in the San Fernando Valley was begging to get out of the 90’s. The potential was apparent, and the space was quickly transported to the correct decade. In the kitchen, a peninsula was added to maximize entertaining. A corner cabinet was incorporated to give it the proper built-in look. To save on costs and because the cabinets were in great condition, the existing cabinets got a new paint job (no one ever suspected!). A white quartz countertop was specified and a crazy, fun backsplash with brass cabinet hardware were installed. All new appliances, plumbing fixtures, paint, lighting were selected…basically THE WHOLE SHABANG!

For the primary bathroom, the extra closet and the wall that divided the make-up area was knocked down. The space was a very unattractive builder-grade bathroom that begged for a face lift. The door location shifted, we installed new tile, a custom vanity, beautiful light fixtures, brass plumbing hardware, a fresh coat of paint and VOILA!, a stunning wetroom design emerged! The look was seamless by using a linear drain to avoid a break in the design and the integrated shower and tub are could not have turned out better. The space is now giving major spa vibes with a beautiful stone on the backsplash and marble tile throughout. Are you bubble bath ready?
