Although kept in great condition, the new homeowners felt that the home was not particularly their style. This project entailed demoing a dividing wall from the kitchen and living room, installing and hiding a large beam in the ceiling, installing recessed lights throughout, painting the entire home, converting a den to a primary suite and completely remodeling all the bathrooms and kitchen. The color palette for this home was white, white oak and black. All the walls in the home were painted a beautiful Chantilly Lace from Benjamin Moore which looked stunning next to the white oak flooring. The kitchen has a 9’ island that can entertain all your guests, even the cats, who now have a place for dinner & drinks (check out the kitty section in the images below). The client did not shy away from bold patterns, and opted for the textured pleated tile for the fireplace, a chevron black and white tile for a powder room accent wall, penny tile for the secondary bathroom and a wood look fluted porcelain tile for the primary bathroom.
